Soft, great height and size. Washes well but definitely tumble dry to finish drying so it keeps it's loft, otherwise it sort of clumps together. The pillow case is soft and comfy. Definitely recommend!

Happy with this pillow. The right height and size for my toddler. My only issue is it seemed to become a lot more lumpy after machine washing, despite saying it was machine washable.
