I have 4 of the ErgoCocoons and am completely in love with them. Our poor little guy had a stay in hospital last weekend as he had a nasty virus and I never imagined the cocoons would be the saviour of me as I was alone for most of three days, confined to the room, my husband taking care of our older kids. The dual zippers meant nurses had access to his arm cannula and also feet for measuring oxygen, without having to fully wake him. He was on a drip for 3 days and the tubing was easily handled by the cocoon, in fact keeping it in place remarkably. He was having antibiotics twice during the night, through his cannula, and had been through some very traumatic testing procedures. He would only settle once in the cocoon and it allowed the nurses to help him without him screaming and losing vital sleep. We also had to keep a very close eye on his nappies which required constant checking to make sure he was weeing and not dehydrated. Anyway, I just thought I'd let you know because they were such a comfort for me in such a distressing, scary time. I just feel like giving you my feedback. I have been using the ergopouch air small size on my now 8-week old baby since he was born. It is absolutely fabulous! It is a must have for babies born in the summer. All information on your website was so helpful in choosing the right product. Recently I have also started using the hybrid swaddle/sleepbag 1.0 tog and I am going to buy the warm 2.5 tog one for winter use. My baby sleeps so well in the day as well as during the night when wearing the ergopouch! Without it you can see he is restless, needs a sleep, but just can not fall asleap. As soon as I put the swaddle on, he calms down and is happy to fall asleep very soon thereafter. I strongly recommend using ergopouch.Olga Goerke
I just can't believe how amazing this product has been for my baby. He has been wrapped tightly since birth, and only just started busting out of the most robust wraps due to the intense humidity and heat in Qld, so I knew he was too hot and needed another solution quickly. He went straight to sleep in this Ergococoon Air wearing only a nappy. We are very happy and so is our 4 month old bub!!! We think we'll be able to make it through summer now. I just want to say a huge thankyou!!!!! My baby was waking every 3 hours because she got out of her wraps and then woke herself up and then decided she wanted a feed even though she didnt need one. The first night I put her into the ergo pouch she slept for 6 hours straight!!!!! So thankyou so much!!! We absolutely LOVE the Pyjamas!!!!!!!! The quality is astonishingly good, they just feel so warm and soft, you should be so proud for producing such a quality product!
